How do I get access after I buy a Prompt Vault pack?+
Access is granted automatically to the email you used at checkout, usually within a minute. Log in or sign up with that same email and your packs appear in your library.
I paid but don't see my access. What should I do?+
First make sure you're logged in with the exact email you paid with. If it still is not showing, message us using the Payments & billing category above with your order or receipt number and we will sort it out quickly.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled by our payment provider (a Merchant of Record) that processes card data and tax on our behalf. We never see or store your card details.
Do you handle VAT or sales tax?+
Yes. Our Merchant of Record calculates and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout, so the price already accounts for it where required.
Can I get a refund on Prompt Vault packs?+
Pack refunds are at /prompt-vault/refund. Listing and advertising refunds are separate: listing refund policy.
How do paid tool listings work?+
Choose a plan on List your AI tool. We review paid listings in 1 to 4 business days and publish when the page is ready. Placement starts after publish. Homepage rail is a separate plan. See Advertise for sponsorship options.
