Directory listing and sponsorship terms

These terms apply only to Vantaige directory listings, verified badges, native advertising, featured placement, homepage placement, and spotlight sponsorships (the “Listing Services”). They do not apply to AI prompt packs or the Prompt Vault, which have separate terms and refund information.

By submitting a tool, requesting a paid Listing Service, or completing checkout, you agree to these terms, the general Terms of Service, the listing privacy notice, and the listing refund policy. At paid checkout, you must make a fresh acknowledgement of these listing-specific documents.

1. What you are buying

Paid Listing Services are advertising and editorial-review services. They may include review priority and a defined, time-limited sponsored placement after approval. They do not buy publication, a particular score, ranking, category, review outcome, traffic, conversions, leads, sales, indexation, or search-engine ranking. Payment is not evidence that a tool is approved or live.

Where a paid placement is approved, its clock starts only when Vantaige publishes the applicable listing and makes the placement available. We will identify paid placement clearly as Sponsored or an equivalent disclosure.

2. Editorial independence and your submission

You provide factual product information, company and contact details, assets, and substantiation for claims. Vantaige retains sole editorial control over whether to list a tool and over the final title, description, screenshots, categories, labels, pros and cons, score, rank, publication status, placement, and updates. We may fact-check, edit for clarity, request evidence, decline claims, or use our own research. A customer may request factual corrections, but may not directly overwrite a public listing.

You represent that you have authority to submit the tool, place advertising, provide all supplied assets, and make the supplied factual and commercial claims. You must promptly tell us when a material fact changes. Do not submit confidential, personal, or sensitive information that is not needed for review.

3. Eligibility and content standards

Listings must be lawful, accurate, safe, and suitable for a professional AI-tools directory. We may reject, pause, remove, or require changes to content that is deceptive, unsubstantiated, infringing, malicious, unlawful, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful. Vantaige currently does not accept adult, pornographic, or NSFW tools, including undress and non-consensual intimate-imagery products.

Do not imply Vantaige endorsement, manipulate reviews or rankings, submit misleading testimonials, conceal material limitations, or use a listing to distribute malware, scams, prohibited regulated services, or infringing content.

4. Placement, disclosures, and links

Plan descriptions identify the intended surfaces and duration. Inventory, relevance, and editorial suitability can affect where a sponsored card appears. We disclose paid placements to readers. Paid outbound links are advertising links and are qualified with an advertising/sponsored relationship value; Vantaige does not sell unqualified dofollow PageRank.

We may correct an obvious factual or operational error, rotate comparable placement inventory, or temporarily pause a placement for safety, legal, technical, or policy reasons. Where the interruption is our material failure to provide the purchased service, the refund policy governs the remedy.

5. Payments and review

Payments are processed by Whop. A payment confirmation or redirect is not authoritative proof that a Listing Service is active; Vantaige verifies payment server-side before fulfillment. We do not activate paid placement merely because a browser reports success. Review normally begins after verified payment and may take 1 to 4 business days, subject to the completeness and eligibility of your submission.

Your paid order is final subject only to the limited remedies in the listing refund policy. A policy rejection, inaccurate submission, missing evidence, ineligibility, buyer delay, or changed commercial preference is not a failure by Vantaige to deliver the purchased Listing Service.

6. Termination and contact

We may suspend or remove a listing or placement where necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, investigate a dispute, or address a material inaccuracy. Contact us through the contact form with the account email and, for paid services, the Whop payment ID.
