Directory listing and sponsorship privacy notice
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This notice explains information we handle for Vantaige directory listings, native ads, and sponsorships. It supplements the general Privacy Policy and does not cover AI prompt packs or the Prompt Vault.
Information we collect
We collect the information submitted in a listing or paid brief: contact and company details, product facts, assets, policy/security links, campaign preferences, and evidence for claims. For paid orders, we receive payment and order identifiers, transaction status, and checkout email from Whop. We also collect limited technical, fraud-prevention, and placement-measurement information such as browser/device signals, pseudonymous visitor identifiers, page paths, referrer domain, and whether traffic appears to be automated.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, prevent abuse, review and prepare listings, process and verify payment fulfillment, communicate about submissions, operate sponsorship placements, measure impressions and interactions, detect likely bot activity, resolve duplicate-charge or delivery requests, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use paid submission data to let a customer directly alter Vantaige editorial content.
Sharing and publication
Information intended for a listing, including approved tool facts and assets, may be published. We share necessary data with service providers that help run Vantaige, including Whop for payments, hosting, security, email, and analytics providers. We may disclose information when required to protect users, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
Retention and choices
We retain paid-order and submission records for as long as needed for operations, accounting, disputes, security, and legal requirements. You may request access to or correction of account/contact details through the contact form. Requests to correct public tool facts are editorial review requests; they do not guarantee a particular public change.
