What the package covers

One product, an accurate product brief, directory research, adapted listing copy, the selected number of manual submission attempts and a handoff record. Every completed attempt requires evidence. A submission awaiting review or rejected by the directory can count as an attempt. A skipped or unsuitable target does not count. Replacement and resubmission policy is not yet offered; no automatic replacement is promised.

Included Vantaige Verified listing

Every package includes one Vantaige Verified listing, normally $25: the Verified badge and seven days of labeled Sponsored placement on matching type, category and tag pages. It is additional to the package attempt count, funded by the original service order, and creates no second payment or provider receipt. The owner must request redemption for the same product; editorial eligibility, ownership, taxonomy and placement capacity require operator review. Unlisted products need editorial intake first. Existing verification is retained and a new included placement queues after existing booked windows without changing them. One benefit applies per funded campaign, including repeat campaigns. Holds, refunds and disputes pause redemption and Sponsored serving; elapsed placement time does not restart automatically. A Verified badge already granted remains on the listing. If review declines a product or capacity needs resolution, operations records the reason and support next steps; no publication or delivery date is invented.

What is outside our control

We deliver researched submission attempts and a clear record of the work. Directory approval, publication, link attributes, mentions, rankings, Domain Rating and traffic are outside our control and are not guaranteed. Paid directories and third-party fees are excluded. Timelines start after a complete brief and are planning estimates.

DR is a third-party metric, not a Google ranking factor. Organic traffic figures, when shown, are estimates with a source and observation date. Mentions are opportunities to research, never promised endorsements or guaranteed placements.

Relevant audiences and link quality

We select directories for audience fit and editorial value. We do not buy links that promise search-ranking credit or use low-quality lists to fill a package. Any separately approved paid or sponsored placement must be identified appropriately by the publisher, using sponsored or nofollow link qualification where applicable. A paid placement is advertising, not a guarantee of search authority.

Payment and product information

The product brief unlocks only after server-side payment verification. Package selection does not collect the comprehensive brief. Product information stays editable until reviewed targets are assigned. A refund, dispute or hold suspends editing and research.

Optional AI website research

With explicit approval, the service fetches one public HTTPS product page and sends limited visible text to Google Gemini to draft directory descriptions. Do not provide private URLs or sensitive information. AI output can be wrong and must be reviewed before inclusion in the brief. It does not submit forms, create accounts, contact directories or alter payment status. Manual entry remains available when AI is disabled or a site cannot be read.

Before work begins

The product owner must authorize the work, supply truthful public information and assets they may use, and complete any founder-only verification. We do not request passwords through the brief. Timelines are estimates from receipt of a complete eligible brief. Operators must pause rather than fill a package with irrelevant targets.

Fees, changes and refunds

Package prices are one-time service fees in USD. Paid directories, third-party sponsored placements and newsletter fees are excluded. Payment reversals and disputes pause work; we review the authoritative payment record before the campaign resumes.

Information and evidence

Only provide public product assets, accurate contact details and authorized descriptions. Evidence links must exclude passwords, private inbox contents, customer records and signed access tokens. Client reports omit internal operational notes.

Campaign updates and external work

When campaign notifications are enabled, payment, brief, progress and input updates are sent to the verified account email. Replies and correction requests stay in the campaign conversation. Saving a brief or changing a tracker status does not create external accounts or submit to directories. Our team performs the external submission work under each destination's rules.
